During the online registration you should accept the terms and conditions of participation as well as the terms of cancellation written on this website.

It is your personal responsibility that all details such as address, booked events, number of tickets, hotel reservation, date of arrival and departure, etc. are in accordance with your wishes. We therefore strongly recommend that you read and check the letter of confirmation of registration carefully to avoid errors. Cancellation policy of registration

All the cancellations and changes must be sent to TIP PUTOVANJA travel agency in written form. All refunds will be processed after the conference. Please send your exact bank account details in the written cancellation, unless you paid by credit card.

Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows:

    •  100% refund (minus an administrative fee of 50 Euro) in case of cancellation received before 01 May 2017
    •  50% refund - in case of cancellation received before 26 May 2017
    •  No refund - in case of cancellation, received after 27 May 2017

Substitution of the conference registration is permitted up to June 20, 2017 and will incur a 50 EUR administration fee.

For security reasons the Conference Secretariat does not charge credit cards from their office manually.

For payment via bank transfer in euro, all charges due to bank transfers have to be paid by the sender.

Please clearly indicate the participant name(s) & invoice number on all money transfers to the Conference secretariat.
If you have made a late payment, please bring a copy of payment to the Conference.
On line registration will be closed on June 13, 2017.
After that date, only on-site registration will be possible.


Liability & Insurance

Neither the Organisers nor the Conference Secretariat will assume any responsibility whatsoever for damage or injury to persons or property during the conference. It is recommended that participants arrange their own personal travel and health insurance.

It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to take care of his / her visa requirements. Attendees who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure. Attendees should contact the nearest embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate timing of their visa applications. It is recommended to apply for a visa at least 3 months in advance of the conference.

ACCOMODATION

The venue of the conference is the Sheraton Dubrovnik Riviera Hotel*****, Srebreno at the Dubrovnik Riviera.

Special discount is arranged at the Sheraton Dubrovnik Riviera Hotel for the accommodation of the participants during JMMC2017 and also three days before and three days after the Meeting.

Hotels listed below are the official conference hotels recommended by the Organiser. You can book a room via TIP PUTOVANJA travel agency at the discounted conference rates.
Conference's rates are available until January 27 March 01, 2017 (first come – first served).
All rates are quoted in EUR and include local VAT. Hotel rates are stated per room per night. Prices include overnight with breakfast and all taxes.

On arrival day, check in is at 2.00 pm. On departure day, check out is at 12.00 am.
If the room is checked out later, additional day’s use will be charged from the hotel.
Minimum stay June 25-28, 2017 is required.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

All changes or cancellations of hotel accommodation must be sent in writing to TIP PUTOVANJA travel agency.

Any change (name, hotel or room type, arrival/departure date) is possible under following conditions:

    •  until May 25, 2017: no charges
    •  May 26 – Jun 05, 2017: EUR 50.00 per any change
    •  from June 06, 2017: EUR 75.00 per any change

Cancellations is possible under following conditions:

    •  until January 31, 2017 – no charges
    •  February 01 – March 31, 2017 – charge of 50% of the accommodation
    •  April 01-May 31, 2014 – charge of 80% of of the accommodation
    •  June 01, 2017 – no refund

All refunds will be made after the Conference.

DESCRIPTION
Experience the traditional and original village ambiance on this marvellous excursion to Konavle. After paying a visit to the first winery, absorb the region by riding on a tourist train through its rich vineyards. Past customs are presented in the village of Ljuta in the water-powered mill where you get to see how flour was once produced. Just a few metres forward, there is another traditional craft on display – wool processing. You may also find it particularly interesting to pick at the traditional ploughman’s lunch of bacon, onions and hard-boiled eggs served in a customary manner of the old folks from Konavle who laboured in the fields.

DESCRIPTION
After the breakfast embarkation to a boat and sail towards Elaphites islands.
Soak up the sunshine and gentle breezes as the boat lazily cuts through peaceful waters heading to a world almost forgotten. A green oasis of scented citrus plantations, pine clad hills, sandy beaches and palm trees. As you stroll the promenade, it will appear that life on the islands has been in slow motion for a long time, with men fishing and chatting in taverns or playing cards, while the ladies sit on their porches doing fine needle work or spreading the delicious aroma of home cooking through windows covered in lace curtains. Visit of an old summer house – fortified during XVI and XVII cent. Aperitif and fritters. Lunch in one of the island’ taverns and free time for walks and the beach (weather permitted).
